CLUB, TEAMS & PLAYERS REGISTRATIONS

To register for the iLeague, the following steps must be completed:

STEP 1.  APPLY TO OUR US CLUB Sanctioned League (iLeague) as a League Team Member (for new clubs entering the league)

STEP 2. Register your teams with iLeague through IFF (registration is currently close).

STEP 3.  Register your players with US Club soccer.

3.1 Players need to fill FORM R002

#R002-Youth: Youth Player Registration & Medical Treatment Authorization Form – This is the form which is required of all players who are registering with US Club Soccer. Players or parents may download the form from this site, complete it, and hand it to the club.

3.2 Then:

For Club Series teams, the iLeague requires player cards. You will have to enter the players/staff information in the US Club soccer web site, using your Regular or/and Super Rec accounts’ login and password. Once the players are registered, print out the official US Club rosters for all teams. You will receive your cards from US Club soccer. Take care when creating rosters as there is no lateral sharing of players.

For Internal Series (iSeries) teams , cards are not required.
In this case, player data is sent via an Excel spreadsheet to US Club. Insurance coverage is the same. Proof of birth is checked at the club or league level, and medical consent and waiver forms, while required, are also retained at the local level. Recreational coaches must complete a background check when they first register, and their registration is also completed directly on the Excel spreadsheet.

US CLUB SOCCER FEES:

For both Club Series Teams and Internal Series Teams, the US Club Registration Fee for players and staff is paid directly to US Club. (Team managers usually will collect and give their teams payments to their club registrar, which will pay US Club)

Club Series:

$18 per Competitive Player(u13 and above) (carded)

$14 per Competitive Player (U12 and below) (carded)

$10 per Super Rec player (carded)

$15 Staff (carded, good for 2 years)

Internal Series (iSeries):

$8 per Rec  player (non carded)

$5 Staff (non carded)

STEP 4. STAFF BACKGROUND CHECK

All coaches and staff members will need to fill the “Staff Background Check” electronic form.

STEP 5. ILEAGUE REGISTRATION PAYMENT

CLUB SERIES:

Once you get your official roster from US Club, print it out and mail it together with the iLeague player registration payment ($30 per player for each Club Series player) to

Please mail a copy of the Excel spreadsheet you  submitted to US Club plus iLeague registration payment ($2.75 for each Internal Series player) to:

These amounts do not include any referee or field usage fees.

Note that your spot in the league is not guaranteed until iLeague has received your roster and payment.

STEP 6. REFEREE PAYMENT

The iLeague administrator will send a referee bill to each club before the season starts. The bill will  reflect every team scheduling referees through SWISRA. Payment  is usually due before the first game.

Note: Clubs will handle directly any other referees expenses for referee services not hired directly through SWISRA, for example most  internal series (iSeries) league  games.
