Game day procedure
Prior to every game during the player check in, each team is required to provide the following
- A copy of the official USClub roster for the team for the referee
- A copy of the official USClub roster for the coach of the other team
- A USClub player pass for every player and coach on the roster
The player passes must meet the following requirements:
- It must be an official USClub player pass
- The pass must have the players photo
- The pass must be laminated
The referees have been instructed to strictly enforce these rule. Each player and coach must have a player pass and be listed on the roster. The roster should match the one provided to the iLeague. If a player does not have a player pass, they may not play in the game. If a player is not listed on the roster, they may not play in the game.
If a team cannot provide a roster and game cards, they forfeit the game. If a player not on the roster or without a player card enters the game, the team forfeits the game.
If a game will be forfeited because a team does not meet the requirements, the coach of the other team has the option of going forward with the match as planed so that the children have an opportunity to play.
Modified laws of the game for the U10 age brackets (Club Series)

Law 1: The field of play
Length of the Field: 60-70 yards
Width of the Field: 40-50 yards
Corner kick arcs: 1 yard
Center circle: 8 yards
Goal area: 6 yards from inside of goal post and 6 yards out from goal line.
Penalty area: 12 yards from inside of goal post and 12 yards out from goal line.
Penalty spot: 8 yards from goal line
Penalty arc: 8 yards from penalty spot
Goals will be at least 5′ tall by 12′ wide.
Goals will be at most 7′ tall and 21′ wide.
In addition to the standard markings, there will be dashed lines 12 yards from the center line in each direction. Dashed lines will be parallel to the center line and perpendicular to touch lines.
Dashed lines will affect goal kicks. See law #16. Additionally, goalies may not punt the ball over the far dashed line, if they do an indirect kick is awarded to the other team at the spot the ball crossed the line.

Law 2: The ball
Size #4 balls will be used.
Law 3: The number of players
Maximum of 7 players and minimum of 5. Unlimited substitutions with unlimited re-entry.

Law 4: The players equipment
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 5: The referee
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 6: The assistant referee
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 7: The duration of the match
25 minute halves with 5 minute half time. Otherwise per FIFA.
Law 8: The start and restart of play
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 9: The ball in and out of play
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 10: The method of scoring
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 11: Offside
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 12: Fouls and misconduct
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Soccer is a physical sport, however the iLeague believes that at the U10 age level skillful play should be encouraged and promoted over physical play. iLeague has asked that referees to strictly enforce Law 12.
Law 13: Free kicks
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 14: The penalty kick
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 15: The thrown-in
As per FIFA, no modifications.
Law 16: The goal kick
When a team is taking a goal kick, all attackers must withdraw away from the goal line until they are past the dashed line on that half of the field. The attackers may not advance past the dashed line until the ball is kicked past the dashed line, or is touched by the second defender.

Law 17: The corner kick
As per FIFA, no modifications.
