Event POC (Point of Contact) Responsibilities

CHECK LIST TYPE 1

🏟️ Idaho Futsal – Event POC (Point of Contact) Guide

  1. For weeknight and weekend rentals, the school district asks designated custodian to meet with the renting group/Event POC when they arrive and either provide a phone number the group can contact or a walkie talkie/radio they can use to contact a custodial staff member for needs or issues. These procedures will allow the renter to reach a custodian if any emergency occurs.
  2. An emergency lock out number will be provided by the Idaho Futsal League Director to the Event POC. This number is located in our Facilitron rental permit. We can only use this for lock out purposes.
  3. Check our Court Prep Crew opening work:
    • Arrives with plenty of time
    • Hands the referee two Field Marshall jackets
    • Set Futsal Goals per Idaho Futsal protocol
    • Set two sand bags in each goal
    • Place the spare goal (3rd goal) between benches and make the ref aware is there in case it is needed
    • Sweeps the court
  4. Make sure the interactions between Referees, Head coaches and Field Marshals follow this guideliness
  5. Say hi to Field Marshals and cover the 4 duties in the card that should be in the left chest pocket. See also in this link
  6. Check our Court Prep Crew closing work:
    • Get Field Marshall Jackets from referee for the next game day.
    • Arrives on time to break down goals
    • We do NOT sweep after the last game
